Nut Butter Apple Sandwich

High protein, nutrient dense fabulous meal that can be ideal for:

*A light breakfast

*An after school snack

*A mid afternoon pick me up (with a cup of hot matcha)

Just get an apple, wash it and slice it (core the middle).

Spread with nut butter of choice (I love: almond, brazil nut or pumpkin seed), dust with cinnamon.

For extra sweetness you can scatter some home made granola or muesli on top.

For a LOW CARB option swap the apple for celery sticks
