Portable Breakfast; Raspberry Chia Mason Jar Pudding
My ultimate breakfast for busy people. I often make a couple of these mason jars on a Sunday afternoon and use this as a breakfast or an afternoon snack. Chia seeds are loaded with proteins and omega 3’s so this is a great dish to help balance your blood glucose levels and nourish you.
Ingredients for 1 mason jar (1 serving):
2tbsp chia seeds (can be black or white)
1/2 cup of home made almond milk
2 drops of liquid stevia
6-7 frozen raspberries
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 small mason jar
Mix all together and shake the closed jar.
Refrigerate over night
*Can be in the fridge for 3-4 days
*You can add 1/2 tsp of raw cacao powder for a chocolate chia pudding
