Custom Recipe Development

With food allergies and food intolerances on the rise, I specialise in custom recipe development for gluten free, dairy free, egg free and artificial ingredient free eating. I am passionate about keeping recipes LOW GI and very very low in sugar and have written books and speak often on the value of eating this way. 

Many people and organisations have found value in having nutritionist develop recipes for them – from product launches, health & wellness menus, schools or hospitals and a variety of publications. Nutritionists understand what each ingredient and nutrient provides and how to utilise these together to best effect. For example if you are creating a range of recipes to manage leaky gut syndrome or boost the immune system I design recipes that make sure that you have the right combinations of ingredients to calm and boost the immune system and heal the gut. I also explain WHY each ingredient is needed and what role they play in a healthy immune and digestive system.

As a mum, nutritionist and author of a number of healthy cookbooks I have spent many hours in the kitchen honing my culinary skills specifically to combine great tasting food and the principles of nutrition. I work with private chefs, restaurants, companies like Kenwood and international schools to develop menus, recipes and food guidelines.
