Over six blissful days, you’ll begin each morning with herbal tea, gratitude journaling, and sunrise yoga & meditation by the ocean. Nourish your body with fresh, wholesome meals crafted by our private chef, Eranda, who brings out the best of Sri Lanka’s organic flavors—whether it's a nourishing Sri Lankan superfood salad, fragrant local curries, or refreshing tropical juices. Engage in workshops on vitality, hormone health, and Ayurvedic medicine, and unwind with rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatments.
Beyond self-care, this retreat offers the chance to connect with a community of like-minded women on a similar journey of self-discovery. Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & Intention Setting
Arrive in Sri Lanka and transfer to the tranquil Myla Beach Villa. Settle in with an opening circle, intention-setting, and a guided sunset meditation on the beach. Enjoy a nourishing dinner before an evening longevity & well-being workshop, then drift into deep, restorative sleep.
Day 2 – Energy & Vitality
Start the day with herbal tea, journaling, and sunrise yoga. After a nutritious breakfast, dive into an energy & immunity workshop before enjoying Ayurvedic treatments or relaxation time. In the evening, explore the historic Galle Fort, followed by a light dinner and restful sleep.
Day 3 – Nature & Renewal
Morning yoga and meditation set the tone for the day. After breakfast, visit a lush tea plantation, then return for lunch and Ayurvedic treatments. End the day with a sunset beach meditation, a wholesome dinner, and relaxation.
Day 4 – Ayurveda & Hormone Balance
The day begins with mindfulness and movement, followed by an Ayurvedic herbal medicine workshop and cooking class. Afternoon self-care includes massage, rest, or exploration, before an insightful hormone health workshop and an evening sunset walk.
Day 5 – Exploration & Closing Rituals
Start the day with a guided countryside bicycle tour, then enjoy breakfast and a natural cosmetics workshop. After lunch, take time for Ayurvedic treatments or reflection before a closing circle and a sacred monk’s blessing ceremony.
Day 6 – Departure & Integration
A final sunrise walk and meditation offer a peaceful close to your journey. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing, feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply nourished.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation policy while ensuring that we can meet our commitments to our venue, practitioners, and team.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit covers administrative costs and secures your accommodation.
50% of the total payment is due 120 days before the retreat start date.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the retreat start date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before 90 days prior to the retreat: You will forfeit your 25% deposit, but any additional payments made will be refunded.
Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat start date: Unfortunately, due to contractual commitments, no refunds can be issued. However, you may transfer your booking to another person if you find someone to take your place.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes a “cancel for any reason” option. This will protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances, including illness, flight cancellations, or personal emergencies.

Karin G. Reiter , functional medicine nutritionist, fitness trainer, author, wife, mama and founder of Nutritious N’ Delicious, has been a leader in the nutrition and wellness industry for the last 16 years.
Karin founded Nutritious N’ Delicious in 2011 in Australia (after a corporate career in law and finance) and her aim was to touch as many people as possible and provide knowledge, support, guidance and advise on building a healthier life style. She has led workshops and nutrition programs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Australia, Greece, Thailand, UK and the USA.
Karin’s passion is to educate, to ask questions and to bring to light the importance of natural, nourishing foods.
Karin is a passionate speaker & journalist in the area of nutrition and has written for numerous publications in the USA, Australia, Israel and through-out Asia. Karin is also the author of 2 children’s recipe books branded “The rosy Cheeked kids”.
You will find Karin traveling with her family all over the world, in the kitchen developing and creating healthy recipes or drinking a green juice after a yoga practice.

In October 2023, we gathered in the serene mountains of Greece at the Euphoria Retreat for a transformative wellness experience. The HEAL retreat was designed to help participants return to a state of total health, where mind, body, heart, and soul are in perfect harmony. Through the powerful teachings of yoga, meditation, integrative nutrition, breathwork, and shamanic healing, we focused on restoring balance and reinvigorating the soul.
Drawing on ancient Eastern traditions, we worked with the five elements to promote longevity and wellness. By the end of the retreat, guests left with practical tools and a deeper connection to their well-being, equipped to live a life of balance, vitality, and true health.
