Kamalaya Chronicles: Sweet Potato and Coconut Bread

  • Sweet Potato 1000g
  • Dried Shredded coconut 400g
  • Flax Seeds, Grounded 100g
  • Mung Bean Flour200g
  • Ginger 100g
  • Cinnamon 15g
  • Coconut oil 100ml
  • Baking Powder 5g
  • Salt 20g
  • Water 1000ml
  1. Combine all the ingredients into the food processor and blend smooth
  2. Grease loaf pans and line with wax paper
  3. Pour mixture into pans
  4. Bake in the oven at 150 C for 90 minutes until golden brown
  5. Flip out of pan and let cool before slicing.
