SLEEP is easiest thing we can do to help us loose weight, improve our mood, stabilize our hormones and give us a general sense of well being and yet it seems to be the thing we give up on the easiest. Make sleep your priority, try get into bed at 10pm during the week days and see how much better you will function with a few extra hours of shut eye.
