There has been a drastic shift in the way women treat their health. It started off with an external shift: women wanted to look beautiful, slim and young- and they did (and still do) whatever it takes to help them achieve that. But- I have noticed that women are also fed up with feeling old. Women want to feel young, strong, with no pain and mentally balanced. It's been a long time that we women have allowed mostly male doctors to tell us that how we feel is part of ageing, that maybe we need an antidepressant or something to "chill". Women deserve to feel young both externally and internally.

I have made it my mission to educate myself on everything on this topic. From:

  • Nutrition for midlife women
  • Sleep support for when your hormones begin to shift
  • Exercise aimed for women in their 30's, 40's, 50's and onwards (with emphasis on joint and muscle pain, injuries and muscle growth)
  • Osteoporosis
  • Heart health
  • Cancer prevention
  • Blood sugar balance

And everything to do with hormones. I have recently even finished a 6 months mentorship program on everything HRT related (bio-identical and conventional).

I am excited to be your light in the field of relative darkness. My aim is to educate you, be your mentor and support you to help you feel the way you wish for in your dreams.

In my clinical experience, I’ve noticed that finding information on what to eat and avoid is the easy part. The real challenge kicks in when it comes to putting those changes into action and sticking with them.

Back in the day, when you’re young and feeling great, eating clean and keeping up with a good fitness routine can do wonders. But life throws some curveballs, especially after having kids, crossing the 35 milestone, and dealing with autoimmune issues like Hashimoto’s or PCOS, or blood sugar imbalances which mess with your hormones. Karin G. Reiter , functional medicine nutritionist, fitness trainer, author, wife, mama and founder of Nutritious N’ Delicious,  has been a leader in the nutrition and wellness industry for the last 15 years.

Karin founded Nutritious N’ Delicious in 2011 in Australia (after a corporate career in law and finance) and her aim was to touch as many people as possible and provide knowledge, support, guidance and advise on building a healthier life style. She has led workshops and nutrition programs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Australia, Greece, Thailand, UK and the USA.

Determined to turn her personal experience into a positive inspiration for others, Isabel empowers those affected by cancer to take an active role in their healing journey. Her coaching is empathetic and unique, combining first-hand knowledge with professional skills to provide holistic guidance on physical and emotional well-being.
As a trained Functional Medicine Practitioner and a certified Yoga Therapy Instructor, Isabel offers a comprehensive approach to health and recovery.

She is a proud member of the UK & International Health Coaches Association, the Society of Behavioural Health Singapore, and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (UK).
